Two Stroke Fun!
I thought this would be a fun post to put some of my pics up riding a couple 2 strokes! I loved my Yamaha YZ125 and Suzuki RM250. These photos are taken at a local track right outside my home town of Emporia, KS. Everyone knew the track as “Big Dawg”. I assume because it had some of the biggest jumps I’ve ever seen in the midwest. True story, Ricky Carmichael rode at this very track one time when he was a youngster on Team Green Kawasaki! Ex-Professional MX’er Andy Bowyer, brother of the famous NASCAR racer Clint Bowyer, also graced the track in it’s younger years. Any locals out there ever get a chance to ride it? That’s awesome, it’s been a long time since I’ve been out there. I wasn’t sure if Randy was still maintaining it or not, last time I saw the track, it was way over grown.
It was but we mowed it because i had been riding on it.
