The Most Important Questions

Let’s discuss an extremely important topic. You.

There are so many questions we ask ourselves on our journey through life. What do I want to be when I grow up? What school will I attend? Should I marry this person? Where will I settle down? As you well know, the list goes on.

The most important questions I can think of are:

  1. What is life really all about?
  2. What happens when I die?

These are two extremely loaded questions and topics of debate for so many. For others, it’s something they don’t think about until it is too late. The depth and complexity in the answer of these questions would take much more than a single blog post. So, I offer the simple answer I believe (and personally know) to be correct. Are you ready? God. That’s it. When you peel away the multitude of layers to these questions, this is what you’re left with.

God created us for Himself, for His glory (Gen 1:26, Rev 4:11, Eph 2:10). So then, why do so many reject their creator? Another great question, another simple answer. Sin. Unfortunately, I’m full of that stuff, we all are, and sin separates us from our creator. That leads me to a final question; How do I get back in good standing with my creator? Another easy answer, Jesus.

My hope is that this will leave you asking more questions. Whether those questions are in the defense of God, or on the contrary, they are all great questions to ask and require your attention.
